With Selection Sunday coming up this weekend, our office is gearing up for the excitement of March Madness by partnering with Citizen Effect’s Brackets with Benefits program...the largest NCAA tournament pool for social change on the planet!
Brackets with Benefits works like any other pool, except you get to do some good! You can either set up an individual bracket or create a group pool. All participants will donate $10 to set up a bracket (and the top 16 brackets will win a random assortment of prizes like an iPad, Flip video camera, TOMS shoes gift pack, etc). The good part? All the donations fund one of Citizen Effect's philanthropy projects...and the Brackets with Benefits champion gets to choose.
In addition, the Case Foundation will be awarding a matching grant of $500 to the two group pools who have the most registered participants (minimum of 50 participants in order to qualify) to allocate towards a Citizen Effect project of the group's choice!
And remember, all brackets must be completed by 12:30pm EST on March 17th! Let’s have fun this college basketball season, and do some good while picking our favorite team to win the national title this year!
