The Case Foundation is fortunate to be able to work with so many great organizations, and as you make your holiday giving plans this year, we are proud to recommend a few to you! As you may know, the Case Foundation operates differently than many foundations. Beyond traditional grantmaking, we seek solutions to social challenges by teaming up with world-class partners to develop innovative approaches that mobilize citizens and caring institutions to take action.

The partners we select are often nonprofit, but in almost all cases we seek to amplify and strengthen our work by tapping corporate and government partners as well. The nonprofits you see on the list below all excel in the areas we find to be fundamental traits of effective organizations—they embrace entrepreneurial models, they value collaboration, they are guided by effective leaders, and they are driven by impact, not activity.

The organizations below collectively serve millions of people in the United States and abroad, and your donations will enable them to continue their great work in 2012.
