Yesterday was the 5th birthday of one of our favorite social media tools, Twitter (where does the time go?). In honor of the occasion, we at the Case Foundation team wanted to share - in 140 characters or less, of course - our birthday wishes for Twitter or how Twitter has been useful in our daily lives:
