DoGooder Returns and is Looking for Your Nonprofit’s Best Videos
Are you the Martin Scorsese or Sofia Coppola of the nonprofit world? Do you produce movies that champion your nonprofit’s mission and goals in an innovative and creative way? Don’t let them sit on your cubicle shelf; enter them in the DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards today—you and your organization may just get your 15 minutes of fame!
At the Case Foundation, we believe that video is a great vehicle to share your nonprofit’s mission, messages and goals. The medium educates; makes others aware of issues; and spotlights not only the progress that’s being made, but also the work that still needs to be done. That’s why we’re sponsoring the 5th Annual DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards this year.
Award categories are based on your nonprofit’s organizational size – small, medium and large. New this year, DoGooder is introducing a category for the best “thrifty” videos, meaning those produced for under $500.
Winners will again have the chance to win one of four $2,500 grants provided by the Case Foundation, custom cameras from Flip Video, registration to next year’s Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) provided by NTEN and more. The winning videos will be announced at this year’s NTC and featured on YouTube’s homepage in March. For more details visit: youtube.com/nonprofitvideoawards.
Check back with the Case Foundation each week as we celebrate the DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards with exclusive videos, interviews with production experts and tips to help you be a star “DoGooder.”
