Eleven-year-old Park Begley has always had big dreams. When he was five he told his mother he'd like to be the president of the world ("Is there anything bigger than the president of world?" he asked his mom before settling on the idea). A little ways down the road, he started up his "career" as a cartoon artist, selling hand-drawn funnies to family and friends. Last year, he decided he wanted to build a library. In Africa.
