We know we don't have enough money to support all of the great
ideas submitted. That's why we're acknowledging everyone as a winner.
So give us your idea and we'll give you the following:
Everyone who submits a completed
application will get:
- An innovative technology tool that can help you share your
idea with others and raise money online
- An issue of GOOD
Magazine (www.goodmagazine.com), the hip and edgy
new publication for people who want to make a difference, compliments
of the Case Foundation and GOOD (The first 1,000 applicants will receive a 12-month
subscription to the magazine).
The top 100 individuals
who are invited to submit full proposals, and who submit their
proposals according to Case Foundation guidelines, will get everything
listed above, plus:
The 20 individuals chosen as finalists
get everything listed above, plus:
- A $10,000
grant to help make your idea a reality
- An opportunity to meet in person with other finalists, share
ideas, and learn new skills to help implement your project
- One year of access to a Case Foundation Social Investment
Manager, an enthusiastic partner available to help you achieve your
project goals
The Final Four individuals that
voters choose online get everything listed above, plus:
- A grant of $25,000 to help make your idea a reality -- for
a grand total of $35,100
Note:
Grant funds at the $10,000 and $25,000 levels
are to be used to implement the idea outlined in the application and
full proposal. This is not a prize for good works already done, but
fuel to help move a great idea forward. Grant funds will be paid out
over the course of one year in a schedule to be determined by the Case
Foundation. Grant recipients at these levels must also submit reports
to the Case Foundation during the project year -- content and timeline
will be decided before award distribution.
The Foundation will award $100 to the top 100 applicants in
exchange for permission to use and publish each applicant's application
content. The purpose of the $100 is to help jump-start a worthy idea.
No reports or grant requirements will be mandated to receive the
$100.
We're excited about giving everyone online fundraising and
networking tools but we do reserve the right to disqualify anyone from
receiving these tools, or any of the above resources, if applications
are incomplete or contain inappropriate content.
