Be Bold, Take Risks
I want to better the world around me and to fight for social justice and equality. Life is too short and too valuable to be complacent. Be bold, go against the precedent and take risks – if you want to have a genuine impact.
Jenn joined the Case Foundation in 2018 as a member of the social innovation team, supporting projects on inclusive entrepreneurship, impact investing and millennial engagement. Whatever the task, Jenn’s enthusiasm ignites when she helps shape social good and advance agency within a community or the nation.
Previously, Jenn had a stint in politics, working at Third Way, a think tank based in Washington, D.C. She started there as an Executive Coordinator for the Economic Program and the Social Policy & Politics Program, where she supported two Vice Presidents, measured the teams’ impact reports, and managed the social media accounts. Within the first year, she was promoted to Advisor for Strategy and Leadership Development, and channeled her creativity to develop trainings and thinking tools and to manage Third Way’s Fellows Program.
Jenn graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in international studies and a minor in history. During her time at college, Jenn developed broad and diverse experiences with community-based nonprofits and through every job, she sought to help people develop agency to create change for themselves and their communities. But, one of her most influential experiences was traveling to Argentina, Senegal and India to study urban development and the complex social issues that come with it.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking (and eating), practicing yoga and curling up with a good book. As a New York native with a New Hampshire upbringing, she loves spending her weekends either at modern art museums or hiking up mountains.
